Two players are engaged in a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Your task is to determine and announce the winner for each round based on the standard rules of the game. If both players choose the same option, declare it a draw. You must make your announcement within a limited time frame. Failure to declare the correct result in time, or announcing an incorrect outcome, will cost you one life. You start with five lives, and each mistake reduces this count by one. Be accurate and prompt—accuracy and quick thinking are key to maintaining your lives and succeeding in the game.
